Gabriele Extejt made it possible for us to relocate from KS to FL without us knowing anyone, or anything about Florida. She worked with us for six months via email and never once failed to answer a question or give advice on the many things we were clueless about (even financing). I had contacted other FL agents prior to Gabriele only to find they would rarely respond to questions or follow up. Our move to Florida would not have happened without her help, and we are forever grateful that we found her.

Our daughter Rebecca and family were selling their home in Colorado and wanted my husband and I to find them a home here in Punta Gorda. Rebecca found Gabriele, (thank God). Gabriele was wonderful. After speaking with Rebecca and her husband Michael on the phone numerous times, Gabriele seemed to know what they wanted and needed more so than my husband and I. Long story short, she found the right house, it closed on July 13th. Rebecca, Michael and our grandsons are very happy with the house. I'm just glad we had Gabriele to help us, it was a lot of pressure to pick a house and have them buy it sight unseen.

Gabriele was an amazing influence on our decision to buy the house we bought and in the area we bought it. We love our house! We are new to Fl and she helped us stay focused on what we were looking for in a house while staying aware of potential issues with some of the homes we walked into. Gabriele helped me sell my house in Florida (my Dad passed away and we were selling the house for probate). I am located in Connecticut and she was my eyes and ears in Florida. She communicated with me constantly and handled any and all issues that I needed taken care of at the house. I never had to go to Florida and closed on 6/30/2021.
