From the very start it became very clear to me that Gabrielle Extejt was genuine. She and I looked at many homes trying to find a home that would serve my needs. All homes viewed were on the water. If a home had an issue with the seawall, dock or lift; Gabriele’s husband Zack, who owns a Port Charlotte seawall company, would join and give advice on the issue. An asset that most real estate agents do not have to offer. She worked hard and diligently to represent, me the buyer, as if she was purchasing the home herself.

She worked way out of the normal confines of a real estate agent to make my home purchase possible; She scheduled contractors to complete storm damage repair, obtained insurance quotes, worked closely with my lender and worked closely with the title company and the seller’s real estate agent. All the while communicating with me daily on the day’s activity.
