For years, I’ve represented numerous individuals in the dynamic, competitive real estate market of Florida. My passion for excellence and real estate motivates me to exceed expectations and go the extra mile for every client.
I’ve traveled all around this wonderful state since moving to Florida from Michigan in 1990 and decided to settle along the Southwest Coast because of the pace of life and lifestyle amenities found here. I have been in real estate since 2012, covering areas like Boca Grande, S. Gulf Cove, Cape Haze, Placida, Rotonda West, Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda, Englewood, Venice, North Port, and more. Since getting my license I have taken many educational courses to better service my customers and keep up with today’s technology and requirements. I have received many designations including GRI- Graduate Realtor® Institute. This designation alone required over 105 classroom hours and 4 hours of testing. All these classes and experience provides you with a REALTOR that is up-to-date and knowledgeable.
My family owns and operates one of the largest and oldest Marine Contracting companies in the area and I feel that I can offer invaluable first hand experience and knowledge regarding structures & location to home buyers of waterfront property.
Between my personal experience in building my own home, various remodels and the family business I feel that I can offer valuable knowledge to home Buyers that are considering purchasing new construction or a fixer upper. I understand the advantages or disadvantages in most construction methods and what materials best survive the Florida environment.
Working with Buyers & Sellers is my passion! You can typically find me assisting Buyers & Sellers in Gulf Cove, South Gulf Cove, Rotonda, NW Port Charlotte, North Port, Port Charlotte, Englewood, Venice and other areas in the Charlotte Harbor region. I love this area, it has so much to offer!
